  • ​Use App called “Insight Timer” for guided meditations

  • ​Choose a physical activity you will enjoy! (swimming, running, biking, etc.) and commit to doing it at least 3 times a week for 21 days (3 weeks)
  • ​Journal at least once a day for 21 days. Utilize the technique I mentioned in the “Journaling” section. Think of it as purging/cleansing your mind.
  • ​Do the “Daily Mindful Activities” that I have provided for you. Choose a category each day and pick one of the 5 from that category to do that day. 
When you essentially reset the way that your mind operates, you will see that it sets off a chain reaction.
